Masalliqlar:
-250gr oson uvalanadigan pechene(Dr.You, Piknik)
-100gr malina+1dona apelsin(qulupnay+banan, mandarin+qulupnay, banan+kivi,yong'oq+magiz va hkz)
-tort uchun krem
Tort va pishiriqlar uchun krem-Zavarnoy krem

                                        

Masalliqlar:

-1litr sut

-1dona tuxum

-4 osh-q un

-2 piyola(1.5stakan) shakar

-450gr saryog'
 
Tayorlash:
 1.Shakar bilan unni aralashtirib olamiz. Masalliqqa tuxumni qo'shamiz.
                                                                                                    
2.Bir hil miqdor bolguncha aralashtiramiz.
                                                                                                                       
3.Masalliqqa sut solib, toki boyagi masalligimiz donalari yoq bolib,
 suyuq bolguncha aralashtiramiz.

                                                                                                                         

4.Tovaga masalliqni solib, eng past olovni yoqamiz. 5daqiqa
davomida har 15sekundda kavlab turamiz. Keyin biroz kamroq
 kavlaymiz, lekin pishgunicha qarab turish kerak.

                                                                                                                                                         

5.Qaynab chiqib, biroz quyuqroq bolgach(2-3daqiqa)
olovdan olib sovutamiz va uy haroratida erigan saryogni qoshamiz.

                                                                                                                                        

6.Yaxshilab urib aralashtirib, krem xolatiga keltiramiz.
                                                                                                                         
 
 
Tayyorlash:
1.Apelsinni po'sti va yuqa pardasidan ajratib maydalaymiz(0.5x0.5).
Pecheneni 3-4 bo'laklarga bo'lamiz
                                                                                                                      
2.Masalliq ustidan kremni quyamiz.
                                                                                                                      
3. Qoshiq bilan ehtiyotkorlik bilan aralashtiramiz.
                                                                                                                      
4.Miqdorni qolipga solamiz(Manda oddiy karobkadan qilingan qopil)
 va yaxshilab zichlaymiz.
                                                                                                                             
5. 2-4soatga sovutgichga qo'yamiz va qolipdan pichoq yordamida
sekin ajratib olamiz.
                                                                                                                            
6. Kichik bo'laklarga bo'lib dasturxonga tortamiz.
