Nonni suvda(yoki sutda) ivitib olamiz.Ivitgandan keyin toster non qolda ham maydalanib ketadi, novvoy non yoki buxonka nonni blender yoki myasorubkada chiqarish lozim.
Qiymaga ivitib maydalangan non+qirg’ichdan o’tkazilgan piyoz+1ta xom tuxum+2chimdim tuz(ta’bga ko’ra)+ziravorlar+mayda to’g’ralgan sarimsoq solib aralashtiramiz va biroz huddi hamirni kaft bilan mushtlagandek mushtlab qiyma masallig’ini qattiqlashtiramiz.
Qiymani 4 qismga bo’lib, kotlet shakliga keltiramiz va patnisga 1 ohs-q o’simlik yog’i solib, ustidan kotletlarni teramiz va 30daqiqa 160Cda pishirib olamiz.
